My Classes
Yoga is a process and a tool of exploring and deconstructing the physical, mental and emotional patterns that are limiting one's life. By using this tool appropriately and working persistently one can be freed from the limits of habitual behavior and thought patterns.
Hatha Yoga uses physical body as the starting point of this transformation. As the body gets stronger from feet to the core, emotional stability is provided and the inner intelligence appears.
I am a student of Shadow Yoga School founded by Zhander Remete. In my classes I introduce the basic movements and principles of Shadow Yoga preludes that are taught to me by Zhander Remete and his senior students.
Preludes are set forms of simple movements, which prepare the body for deeper stages of Yoga practice. I use postures, breath and bandhas (inner locks) to create movement, which naturally leads to stillness. Stillness in the body gives rise to a neutral state of mind. Clarity and wisdom appear as the natural consequences of this process.
Self-practice has been an essential part of my practice since I started practicing yoga. Cultivating the habit of self-practice in my students is a central theme in my teachings.
I am hoping that my teachings would help my students to explore their unique individual structure and their personal yoga path.
